Where is my order?
Standard home delivery orders are delivered in up to 5 working days (working days are Mon-Friday & exclude public holidays). We do absolutely everything we can to make sure your order reaches you on time, but delays can sometimes occur. We’re sorry if we’re late, please allow 48 hours after your expected delivery date before contacting us.
An order tracking number will be sent to you via email and you can also use that to check for your order status.
Can I get a refund on my order?
We’ll give you a full refund as long as:
Please note, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are damaged or aren’t returned in a saleable condition.
If you don’t have proof of purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If you paid by card and have proof of purchase but don’t have the card you paid with, we can’t offer you a refund, but we’ll give you an exchange for the same amount.
Where can I return my order?
You can email us with your order number at email@example.com.
The website is trading as usual. We are accepting orders and processing refunds and returns as normal. If you’re returning items from multiple orders in one parcel, you’ll need to include the returns form from each of the orders that you’re returning items from.
How do I track my return?
If you’re sending something back to us through our team, they’ll track your item for you. Unfortunately, we can’t track anything you return through any other postal service, including mail. Instead, we’ll send you an email once your refund has been processed. Your money should be back with you within 3-5 days of receiving this email.
